Saturday morning workout with liz!

Every Saturday Morning in the main chapel, Liz leads a workout for one hour that includes warm-up, workout, cool down. She does everything from Tabata using weights or without weights, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), body weight exercises, partner exercises and/or cardio and core exercises. With Liz, you never know what you’re going to get but you’ll definitely get a sweat in! Newcomers, please do not be intimidated. Liz will adapt all the exercises to different fitness levels.
